This problem maybe just small problem but disturbing when you see a trash with files that you can’t remove.

I have been Facing this kind of problem for several month since try to create some modification on my own application.

When the modification done, i trashed all files related to this project , and using empty trash option to completely remove it. But, there are several files with strange name with special character can not be deleted.

I try several ways to remove those files, but no luck. Using command rm -f, trying to rename those files, and so on.

After several month passed, the light come up. Accidentally, when i reboot my mac, i hit the SHIFT button, and my OSX boot on safe mode. When i logged in, I try to empty the trash, and voilla … My trash now empty … hahahahaha

So, the conclusion, if u wanna eradicate stubborn files on the trash, try this step :

1. Boot on your mac os on safe mode (Hit the SHIFT Button while booting up)

2. Log in

3. Empty Your trash

4. Reboot normally ..
