Apache tomcat, is one of the most popular Web Application Server for Java Platform development.

Typically, on windows platform, we just need to download the executable distribution and install it as usual application,
and we just need to relax and wait the rest till the installation complete .

But, sometimes we found a Strange behavior that the application cannot start and if we look on it’s log, we found this line of error :
[174 javajni.c] [error] The specified module could not be found

To solve this problem we just need to put

msvcr71.dll

on bin on tomcat directory …
then, try to start the tomcat again ..
and now, your application server will run smoothly ..
